Each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of individual clients, based on their health status, income, State, and the level of coverage they select. America First Healthcare does not set the prices for the insurance plans, as they vary based on the coverage chosen, the state you live in, and personal needed benefits.

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Application Fee

For every application submitted through our company, there is a non-refundable $80 application fee. This fee covers our services in processing and submitting your applications to the insurance carriers, customer service, and admin team.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are not the direct insurance carriers, therefore, we do not offer refunds on insurance premiums. All premium payments are made directly to the insurance companies we work with. Any refund requests regarding premiums or insurance claims must be directed to the insurance carrier. All plan cancellations can be taken up directly with the Insurance carriers or you can contact your assigned agent to assist you with plan cancellations.
