What we collect, and what we don't.
Written from what this site actually does. Last updated August 7, 2026.
Who this covers
This policy covers americafirsthealthcare.com and the forms on it. America First Healthcare is an independent insurance agency — we compare plans from the carriers we are appointed with, and we are not an insurer ourselves.
Questions about anything here go to info@americafirsthealthcare.com or (888) 728-7640.
What you give us
You only give us information by filling in a form. There are three, and they ask for different things:
- Getting a quote or booking a review — your name, email, phone number, the state you need coverage in, your age, whether it is for an individual or a family, whether you need coverage within 60 days, recent life events, and whether you are already a customer.
- Contacting customer service — your name, email, phone number and whatever you write to us.
- Applying for a job — considerably more, because it is a job application: your address, education, employment history, licence details, references, résumé, earliest start date and a typed signature.
What we collect automatically
Our host records standard server information for every visit, including your IP address, browser and the pages you request. When you submit a form we also store the IP address and the time it was received, because that is what makes a record of your consent evidence rather than a claim.
We do not build advertising profiles about you and we do not sell advertising space. We do run one referral tracker, described under Cookies below, which records that a partner sent you here, and Google Tag Manager, which loads our website analytics.
Cookies
A small number of cookies do anything meaningful on this site.
- PAPVisitorId — set by Post Affiliate Pro. If a partner or affiliate sent you here, this records which one, so they are credited if you become a client. It also stores the same identifier in your browser's local storage.
- af-state — set by us, kept for 30 days. It holds the two-letter code for the US state your internet connection appears to be in, so the site can show you things relevant to where you live. It is worked out from your IP address at the moment you arrive, it contains nothing else, and it is not used to identify you.
- Google Tag Manager — loads our website analytics, which record how people move through the site: which pages they read, roughly where they arrived from, and what kind of device they used. This tells us what is working. These cookies are set by Google rather than by us, and they are not used to advertise to you elsewhere.
- Booking and calendar pages load a scheduling widget from GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies to make the calendar work.
Why we use it
To answer you, to compare coverage for you, to book and keep appointments, to consider job applications, and to credit the partner who referred you. We do not use your information to advertise to you elsewhere.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM and calendar. Quote requests, contact details and bookings are stored here.
- Post Affiliate Pro — referral tracking only. It records that a visit came from a partner.
- Resend — sends job applications to our recruiting inbox. Applications are emailed, not stored in the CRM.
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Insurance carriers — only when you have asked us to look at coverage, and only what a quote requires.
Calls, texts and recording
On our quote and booking forms, you are asked to tick a box giving express written consent to calls and automated texts at the number you provide, including by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, and you can opt out at any time — reply STOP to a text, tell the advisor on a call, or email us.
The customer service form is different. It takes your number so we can reply to your question, and it does not ask for or rely on marketing consent. We use it to answer you.
Recording is a separate checkbox, not something folded into the terms. If you tick it, calls with us may be recorded for quality and training. If you do not, they should not be.
We store which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time — so what you agreed to is a matter of record rather than memory.
If you list someone as a reference
Job applicants are asked for three professional references, which means giving us contact details for people who have not dealt with us themselves. Please make sure each person is happy to be contacted before you list them. We use those details for one thing: contacting them about your application.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@americafirsthealthcare.com and we will tell you what we can and cannot remove, and why.
You can stop calls and texts at any time without affecting any coverage you already hold. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; the referral cookie is the only one that changes anything if you do, and clearing it simply means a partner may not be credited.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Coverage enquiries about a child are made by their parent or guardian.
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. This version is current as of August 7, 2026.
