America First Healthcare is an independent insurance agency. We compare plans from the carriers we are appointed with. We are not an insurer ourselves.
Using this site
What you read here is general information to help you compare your options. Your advisor checks the details for your own situation.
Plans, prices and availability come from the carriers, vary by state and can change. Coverage starts only when a carrier approves your application, and that carrier's policy terms then apply.
Calls and texts from our quote and booking forms
Our quote and booking forms ask you to tick a box that gives express written consent to calls and automated texts at the number you provide, including by autodialer. That box is what these terms refer to.
Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell the advisor on a call, or email info@americafirsthealthcare.com.
Customer service text messages
America First Healthcare Customer Service texts members about their support requests and their coverage. It does not send marketing.
- How you join: tick the optional text box on our customer service form at americafirsthealthcare.com/contact, or text our customer service line first.
- What we send: replies to your request and updates about your coverage.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We then send no more texts unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP, email cs@americafirsthealthcare.com, or call (888) 728-7640.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number and your consent are handled as our Privacy Policy describes at americafirsthealthcare.com/privacy.
