America First Healthcare reviews, in one place.

Where we are reviewed, what the counts are, how the reviews are collected, and what the critical ones usually say.

Where is America First Healthcare reviewed?

On four public profiles, none of which we control. The Trustpilot figure is read from Trustpilot itself and refreshed through the day; the others were read from each profile on September 14, 2026. The profile is the record and this page is the map to it.

How are reviews collected?

We ask after an appointment. That is the whole mechanism, and three things are deliberately missing from it.

  • Never paid. Nobody is offered money, a discount, a gift card or anything else for a review.
  • Never gated. There is no pre-screen that asks how the call went and only sends happy people to the review site. Everyone who is asked gets the same link.
  • Never filtered. We do not pick who gets asked based on how a call went. The invitation goes out because an appointment happened, not because it went well.

Anyone can also post without being asked, on any of the four profiles above, and those reviews count the same as the ones that followed an invitation.

What critical reviews usually say, and our answer

The critical reviews we receive tend to fall into three groups. Here is each one, stated as fairly as we can, and what is true about it.

"The plan did not cover my pre-existing condition, or did not cover everything a Marketplace plan covers."

This is the most serious one, so here is the plain version. We are an independent agency and we present options from third-party carriers. Some of those options are private plans sold outside the ACA Marketplace, and some are health-sharing programs, which are not insurance at all. Plans sold outside the Marketplace are not required to cover the ten essential health benefits, and they can decline an applicant or exclude a condition based on medical history. Marketplace plans cannot do either.

Who those plans are not for. If you have an ongoing condition that needs to be covered from day one, if you rely on maternity, mental health or prescription coverage being guaranteed, or if a Marketplace subsidy makes a comprehensive plan affordable for your household, a limited-benefit or non-Marketplace plan is the wrong tool. An advisor should say so in the review, and if a plan does not fit, we say no. If that did not happen on your call, tell us at info@americafirsthealthcare.com and we will look at the exact plan you were offered.

"Too many calls and texts."

The design is one scheduled 15-minute review with one licensed advisor, no call center. Booking a review does mean we contact you to hold it. If you want that to stop, reply STOP to any text, tell the advisor on the call, or email us. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything, and our privacy policy spells out how to withdraw it.

"Stay away." The Reddit thread.

A Reddit thread titled "America's Health Insurance First (STAY AWAY)" shows up when people search for our name. That title names a different, separately registered agency in Pompano Beach, Florida, which is not connected to us. Its charge is still worth answering, because it is the first point above: that the plans sold are not ACA Marketplace plans and do not cover pre-existing conditions or every essential benefit. That is true of some of the options we present, and our answer is the one written above rather than a different one for Reddit. Those plans are a reasonable fit for some households and the wrong choice for others, and the review exists to sort out which before anyone signs. Anyone in that thread who wants the limits of their own plan explained can call (888) 728-7640.

Questions people search about us

How much does America First Healthcare cost per month?

There is no America First Healthcare plan with a monthly price, because we are not an insurance company. We are an independent agency, and the plans we present are issued and priced by third-party carriers. What you pay each month depends on the plan, your age, where you live, who is covered and, for private plans sold outside the Marketplace, your health history. The review itself costs nothing and carries no obligation. The advisor will show you the actual monthly premium for each option before you decide anything.

Who accepts America First Healthcare?

Doctors and hospitals do not accept "America First Healthcare" as an insurance plan, because we are the agency, not the insurer. They accept (or do not accept) the carrier and network printed on your member ID card. Before you buy, ask the advisor which network a plan uses and check that your own doctors, hospital and prescriptions are in it. Our guide to checking your doctor, hospital and prescriptions before you buy walks through how.

Where to leave a review

If you have worked with us, the two profiles that matter most are Trustpilot and Google. Say what happened, including the parts that did not go well. A public record is only useful if it is complete.
